Alicia brings warmth, compassion, and strong medical experience to her role at Oshawa Hearing Aid Clinic. With a background as a personal support worker and having a Medical Office Assistant diploma from Trillium College, she has spent years supporting patients in physio, chiropractic, and massage clinics before finding her calling in hearing health care.

Drawn to the clinic’s family-like atmosphere, Alicia loves being part of a team that truly cares about its clients. She finds it especially rewarding to help people reconnect with loved ones through better hearing.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys traveling, hanging out with her four children, and attending their sports events.
